His Excellency President Bashar Al-Assad issued today, October 14^th, 2008, a Presidential Decree Numbered /358/ stipulating the establishment of full diplomatic relations between Syria and Lebanon. The Decree stipulates the establishment of a   Syrian Embassy in Beirut, the Lebanese capital.
