His Excellency President Bashar Al-Assad received here today the Syrian New Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Nawaf Aboud Al-Sheikh Fares.

 The Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Walid Al-Mouaa’lem was present during the meeting.

 His Excellency President Al-Assad gave the necessary instruction for the new ambassador wishing him every success; the Ambassador has taken the Oath before the President.
